職場上,人們常遇試探,需要用到道德性辨別與決策模式幫助。
「靈巧像蛇、純良如鴿子」談何容易?有人說:「聖經是人生萬用手冊」,靠著聖經指引、聖靈幫助,我們能解決所有人生問題?

你又試下解用聖經解決下..

1)孩子該入何幼稚園?
2)我們是否要移民?
3)夫婦是否要離婚?
4)上司行了不義,我是否要辭職?
5)多年在工作上無發展,我是否轉行?
6)疫情下,老細吩咐你部門要貢獻三個栽員的人頭,你點算?
你試下從聖經找答案?
歷代以來,教牧關懷、教牧輔導、聖經輔導,屬靈導引,都嘗試用不同的角度去解決這些問題。以決策模式指導而言,下列四個模式是最多人使用的模式:
1)依納爵的屬靈導引模式;
2)約翰衛斯理的神學思考四象限模式;
3)牧者的臨場指引模式
4)教牧輔導模式
四個方法,都可以在職場問題上應用,各有千秋。我終於弄清楚!哈哈,頗有滿足感!
